I joined the Hallmark family in November 2020 as the General Manager of Henley Manor Care Home in Henley-on-Thames.
I have worked as a nurse for over 20 years and the past 10 years I have specialised in elderly care and working with people living with dementia. My philosophy is to provide person-centred care that embraces holistic and meaningful care for residents. I pride myself in leading a team that provides high-quality support in a culturally healthy environment.

I have worked in the care industry for over 30 years and have enjoyed every role I have done from Kitchen Porter to Home Manager.
However, my role as the Customer Relationship Manager here at Henley Manor is very special to me. Searching for the right care home for a loved one is one of the most important decisions we may have to face, because of this it is also usually one of the hardest decisions we have to make.
As the Customer Relationship Manager, I am here to ensure this stressful and sometimes, difficult process is as easy as it can be. By sharing my wealth of knowledge, I strive to help prospective residents and their families during this difficult time.
