Introduction
I am the General Manager of Tŷ Porth Care Home, an experienced general nurse and have been qualified for over 10 years.
Throughout my career, I have predominately worked in elderly care services both in the NHS and private sector.
I started working in Tŷ Porth Care Home in 2009 and have been a care team member, a nurse, the Deputy Manager and now the General Manager. I always encourage residents to maintain their independence and enhance the well-being of residents living at Tŷ Porth Care Home. No two days are the same for me. I thoroughly enjoy working at Tŷ Porth.

Introduction:
I started my Hallmark journey in 2016 as a receptionist, I have had the opportunity to develop and grow within the organisation.
This present day I am the Business Support Manager at Ty Porth Care Home; I manage the hospitality within the home and resident, family and friend transition into our care home. I love working at Ty Porth Care Home, it is like one big family! Each day brings a new challenge and each day brings a new purpose.
