Introduction
Making a difference has always been at the heart of who I am. I began my journey as a qualified nurse, and in those early years managing a busy Coronary Care Unit, I learnt just how powerful kindness, teamwork and a listening ear can be.
Over the past 26 years, I’ve worked across hospitals, community services, and luxury care homes — each experience deepening my understanding of what it truly means to make someone feel at home. Along the way, I completed a master’s in business administration, which gave me the tools to lead with both heart and head.
I still draw on my nursing background every day, creating a warm, safe and joyful space where residents can thrive — and where my team feels supported and proud of what we do together. One of the highlights of my career has been leading a care team to achieve two consecutive Outstanding CQC ratings — a reflection of the passion and purpose every moment can bring.

Introduction
I am the first point of contact for families and people who are looking for care for themselves or a loved one and help them find the right care solution for them. I understand that the start of a care journey can seem extremely daunting and I am passionate about providing support throughout the process to enable families to make the right choice.
Some of the best parts about my role is watching the residents settle into their new home, make new friends and get the best quality of life and seeing the impact that has on families who get to witness their loved one thriving in a beautiful environment.
I’m always on hand to support both the residents and their families and also our local community of Bath.
