I am the General Manager of Bucklesham Grange with 15 years’ experience in the field of care and over 10 years’ continuous service with Hallmark Care Homes in various roles.

My name is Danielle and I’m the Customer Relationship Manager at Bucklesham Grange.

My role is to support families who are exploring care for their loved ones, guiding them through the process and helping them make the best decision for their family. It’s incredibly rewarding to see new residents join Bucklesham, settle in, and become part of our vibrant community. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, being out in nature, and keeping fit.
