As General Manager of Banstead Manor Care Home, Veronica is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel safe, supported and truly at home. She works closely with her team to maintain high standards of care and wellbeing, ensuring every resident is treated with dignity, respect and kindness.

A registered nurse for 16 years and a valued member of the Hallmark family for the past eight years, Veronica was drawn to Hallmark because of its personalised approach to care and the strong family values that continue to shape the organisation. She believes these values help create a positive culture where residents, families and team members all feel valued and supported.

Veronica has always been passionate about elderly care, particularly the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with residents and support them to live fulfilling lives. For her, the most rewarding part of the role is seeing residents settle into the home, build confidence and thrive within the community.

She is also passionate about developing her team and helping colleagues grow in their careers. Veronica takes great pride in supporting people to build their skills, confidence and potential, creating a culture where everyone can succeed and feel proud of the care they provide.

Outside of work, Veronica enjoys spending time with her family and young children. She loves camping, being outdoors and making the most of opportunities to enjoy nature and the fresh air.

As Customer Relationship Manager at Banstead Manor, Helen is dedicated to helping families navigate the journey into care with confidence and peace of mind. She understands that choosing a care home can be an emotional and important decision, and takes pride in offering guidance, support and reassurance throughout the process.

Although relatively new to the care sector, Helen brings over 20 years of hospitality experience, where she developed a passion for building relationships and creating positive experiences for others. She was drawn to Hallmark by its warm, people-focused culture and commitment to supporting both residents and team members.

The most rewarding part of Helen’s role is helping families find the right care solution for their loved ones and then seeing residents settle into life at the home, build new friendships and thrive within the community. She especially enjoys getting to know residents and hearing the stories and experiences that have shaped their lives.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys walking, Pilates, meeting friends for brunch and escaping on sunny holidays whenever she can.
