With over 15 years of experience in the care sector, I’m proud to lead the wonderful team here at Lakeview Care Home. In my day-to-day role, I oversee the smooth running of the home, ensuring we provide safe, person-centred care while supporting my team to grow in confidence and pride. The most rewarding part of my role is seeing residents happy, comfortable, and thriving, and knowing that their families feel reassured and supported.
