My passion for care and drive to enhance the wellbeing of residents, meant a huge change of career from being a Pharmacist. Every day, I look forward to meeting residents and making a difference to their lives. Our passion at Lakeview is to deliver relationship-centred care that is second to none. Introduction
My name is Bridie and I am the Customer Relationship Manager at Lakeview Care Home in Surrey.
I have been working in the care industry for 2 years, having moved over from Henley Manor Care Home working as a Business Administrator. The role will be new to myself but having worked for Hallmark already I am aligned with our values and what we are trying to achieve as a team.
I look forward to this exciting new time and to support families and residents wherever possible, helping them to reach whatever goals they may have in mind and be the point of contact to make it happen.
