We are delighted to announce that we have been named a Top 20 Care Group for the 11th consecutive year on the independent care home review website, carehome.co.uk.
Four of our homes in Wales, Greenhill Manor, Regency House, Ty Porth and Shire Hall have also been recognised in the top 20 care homes in Wales.
The awards seek to show the most loved and highly rated care home groups by residents and their family and friends across a range of areas including care, food, drink, facilities, activities, management and more.
Hallmark Luxury Care Homes, which operates 22 homes across England and South Wales, has a current customer review score of 9.8 out of 10 and was recognised with a prestigious award among 102 medium – large care providers.
Meanwhile, Greenhill Manor, Regency House, Ty Porth and Shire Hall were named among the top 20 care homes in Wales from a total of 1,008.
