Hallmark Willingdon Park Manor Luxury Care Home, our state-of-the-art care home in Eastbourne, East Sussex, has won a prestigious design award.
Our home was recently awarded the Care Home Design award at the esteemed Healthcare Property Lunch held in London out of a whopping 156 entries.
The awards, which are organised by estate agents Knight Frank, seek to recognise design excellence in care home businesses across the country.
Hallmark Willingdon Park Manor, which officially opened in April this year, offers an array of outstanding features, including nine luxurious suites, which form part of a unique retirement living offering called The Residences.
Residents who live at The Residences have access to a premium suite with a kitchenette, and exclusive amenities, such as a celebrations area and terrace, fine dining and concierge services.
Other features at the home include a sensory room to support residents living with dementia, an activities room with a baby grand piano, and a winter and summer terrace used for gardening, bird watching and socialising.
This recent accolade marks Hallmark’s second consecutive win from Knight Frank, following Hallmark Angmering Grange’s award last year; it reflects our continued commitment to design excellence and resident wellbeing across our facilities, each thoughtfully tailored to meet diverse resident needs.
