Responsible for the smooth running of the home
My name is Pinky and I have been a nurse for 27 years, having spent most of my nursing career within the care home sector in the UK for 18 years.
I am always passionate about resident care and ensuring individualised care is maintained at the highest of standards. I am a very dedicated and loyal person when it comes to both family and work. I always look for team members that are honest, accountable, have integrity and good principles.
I joined Alexandra Grange Care Home in Wokingham on the 1st of June 2020 as Deputy Manager. I was very excited to become part of the family and also to be a part of a company that truly believes in providing high-quality relationship-centred care.
I was promoted to the role of General Manager in August 2022. I am extremely honoured and privileged to be given this opportunity. We have a great team who are here for the residents. Together, we enable residents to be who they are as individuals and provide peace of mind to families by ensuring everyone is treated with the upmost respect and dignity.

I have worked in the Care Sector for just over 13 years.
I enjoy reading a good book, watching movies and spending time with my family. Travelling is something we as a family love to do, and we enjoy getting to know other cultures and countries.
