Hallmark Melrose Grange Luxury Care Home has been designed to sit in harmony with its natural surroundings. Rooms bathed in natural light, wrap-around gardens on the lower ground floor, and a dedicated sensory garden area for those living dementia will create inviting spaces for life to unfold. And with over 25 years of experience, Melrose Grange will live and breathe the values we’re renowned for; placing all those who live there, their families and loved ones right at the heart of all they do.

The Langstone Construction Group are managing the construction of the new Hallmark care home in St Mellons.

Langstone Construction were carefully selected as a values-driven company mirroring our own with many industry-leading accreditations including being an active member of the Considerate Contractors Scheme.

Melrose Grange is our first fully electric care home and is committed to embedding sustainable practices. The home will feature air source heat pumps and PV panels to provide efficient heating, cooling, and hot water reducing its carbon footprint.

Sustainable travel will be encouraged through EV charging points, cycle parking, shower facilities for team, and easy access to local bus services.

Hallmark Melrose Grange will be built by Cardiff-based company Langstone Construction, using suppliers from the area wherever possible to support local industry.​

The development will protect local wildlife with a dedicated bat house and dormouse corridor, while enhancing biodiversity with a spectacular wildflower garden for residents and families to enjoy.​
