Chamberlain Court is the newest addition to the Hallmark Care Homes family, who this year celebrate 20 years of excellence in care. Located in Royal Tunbridge Wells, and named after our award-winning architect, Richard Chamberlain, the homes feature our usual blend of award-winning design innovations and home comforts.
Chamberlain Court is a happy community care home, a place for interaction, activity and enjoyment. Our residents know just how important they are: as individuals with a contribution to make, as family members and as friends.
Life at Chamberlain Court
Our residents are supported to live an active and fulfilled life. Our relationship-centred care enables residents to keep on doing the things they’ve always loved – the things they perhaps thought they could no longer enjoy. So as part of our community, they’ll be able to cook, help out in the garden and carry on with the kind of everyday routines which make their lives theirs.
Our facilities allow residents to carry on enjoying the everyday routines they cherish, including having their weekly hair and nail appointment at the luxurious salon or catching up with friends in the vibrant cafe. Our dining rooms also have open kitchen areas to enable residents to help with the preparation of meals if they wish to and our celebrations room enables residents to still be a part big family events, from birthdays and anniversaries to a family reunion.
Our home also features a dedicated cinema room, so residents can enjoy watching their favourite films or catch up on the latest series on Sky. Beautiful landscaped gardens surround the home and include an outdoor activities room, enabling residents to enjoy the fresh air whilst taking part in some much-loved pastimes.
Why choose us?
Our dedicated team work closely with residents to empower them to take part in engaging activities that are tailored to their needs and based on lifestyle preferences. These take place both within the home and in Royal Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas, and include a spot of gardening, fun fundraising days for local charities and excursions to the theatre, local exhibitions and community events.

Meet the manager
I’m the General Manager at Chamberlain Court and have been a General Manager for over 14 years. I have extensive experience managing care homes, including commissioning the development of new homes. I have an NVQ 4 in care management, as well as postgraduate diplomas in related management subjects. I love seeing our residents every day and getting to know them and their families. My vision for Chamberlain Court is to be a beacon for outstanding care and show people just how lovely care homes can be.
