Alexandra Grange Care Home in Wokingham is an award-winning care home providing the highest standard of residential and dementia care.

Meet the team
Jim Brownjohn - Customer Relationship Manager
I am the Customer Relationship Manager at Alexandra Grange, helping families and residents prior to them moving into the home and ensuring a smooth and pleasant transition. I have a strong background in customer care and in recent years found a special interest in working with families.
Phil Barker - Hospitality Services Manager
I have over 20 years’ experience in the care industry and I am also trained as a chef, prior to moving into the care industry served Lord Bamford at JCB Excavators headquarters in Staffordshire. I passionately believe that care services must be compassionate, person centred, as well as efficient and always striving for excellence by working with team members to instil this ethos.
Adriana Fernandes-Bowyer - Lifestyle Team Leader
I joined Alexandra Grange in March 2014 and my role within the communities is to establish, coordinate and deliver a range of lifestyle choices designed to further enhance our residents lives. I have worked in the care industry for just over 12 years as activities and well-being coordinator and activities and volunteers manager. My background prior to joining health care was hospitality and adult further education.
Linda Guilder - Administrator
I am the Business Administrator at Alexandra Grange where I look after contracts and the day to day paperwork associated with running a care home. Prior to this I worked in customer services for 9 years and travelling the world for the telecommunications industry.
