If you’re going away this summer and are worried about the care of your loved one, or you just need a break, call Jim, our Customer Relationship Manager, on 0118 912 3210, to find out about a short stay this summer.
Alexandra Grange Care Home in Wokingham provides the highest standard of residential and dementia care.
Our residents are supported to live an active and fulfilled life. Our relationship-centred care enables residents to keep on doing the things they’ve always loved – the things they perhaps thought they could no longer enjoy. So as part of our community, they’ll be able to cook, help out in the garden and carry on with the kind of everyday routines which make their lives theirs.
Life at Alexandra Grange
This purpose built care home allows residents to carry on enjoying the everyday routine they cherish, including meeting with friends and relatives in the home’s café, enjoying their favourite film in the dedicated cinema room, getting their hair done in the hair salon, or enjoying the landscaped gardens.
Meanwhile, our award-winning specialist dementia environments are designed specifically to enhance the quality of life of our residents, offering stability, reassurance and familiarity.
Why choose us?
Our dedicated team works closely with residents to empower them to take part in engaging activities that are tailored to their needs and based on lifestyle preferences. These take place both within the home and in Wokingham and the surrounding areas, and include excursions to the theatre, local exhibitions and community events.
Our philosophy of relationship-centred care means we train our team with additional communication and observational skills to support the people we care for. As a result, Alexandra Grange is one of the leading care homes in Wokingham for those who are living with dementia.
